Been saving these ideas:

Rogue Specialization: Tinkerer
+10% Damage with bombs/traps.
-100% cast-time when setting traps.

I haven't thought of many talents but they would probably get access to exclusive Tinkerer-crafted items such as poisons that have a 5% chance of silencing enemy mages for 6 secs. Or maybe passive abilities that grant a bonus to stamina regeneration, or the ability to put an extra enchant slot on any weapon.

Warrior Specialization: Pugilist.

+100% damage when using bare-hands. (Not sure whether that's underpowered or terribly overpowered damage)
+3 STR.

Talents:
Defensive
Grace - Maintained ability. Upkeep 60. 20% chance to dodge attacks (a la Evasion), 10% chance to resist offensive spells. Damage is reduced by 30%. Threat is doubled when using Threaten. Requires bare-hands.
Only one Pugilist sustained ability can be maintained.

Offensive
Strength - Maintained ability. Upkeep 60. Attack & Movement speed is increased by 33%, Threat is reduced by 20%. Requires bare-hands.
Only one Pugilist sustained ability can be maintained.

Lightning Blows - 5 hit combo, last hit is a critical and knocks target down.

Uppercut - Interrupts spellcasting and silences for 8 seconds.

Mage Specialization: Necromancer.
+5 Mana regen when controlling an undead minion.
+3 to Magic.

Animate Minion. Cast time 4 seconds. Animate nearest humanoid corpse (sorry dragonkin and golems don't count!). The undead has all the spells and skills it had when it was alive. Attributes of the minion are 90% of yours. Only one minion is allowed to be summoned at one time.

Dark Sanctimony. Passive ability. You are now able raise two undead minions.
Attributes of minions are now only 70% of your stats.

Putrid Explosion. Destroy target minion. Damage is based on 200% of minion's health. Small radius.

Reaper's Pact. Passive Ability. Upon death you are resurrected to 50% health and mana. Spell Power is increased by 50% for 15 seconds. You now suffer from 2 random injuries upon death. Only works once per minute.

Rogue Specialization: Sniper.
+1 DEX.
10% Critical damage increase when using ranged weapons.

Stealth Shot. Passive ability. All attacks made from stealth gain an extra 50% bonus to damage.

Improved Arrow of Slaying. Passive Ability. Cooldown on Arrow of Slaying reduced by 50%.

Impossible Shot. Impossible shot Disarms Target for 10 seconds, the arrow then bounces off and hits next target for full damage.

Improved Aim. Passive Ability. You no longer gain a penalty to attack speed when in Aim stance.

Rogue Specialization: Diplomat.
+5 CUN
Reduces hostility by 10%.

The Golden Tongue. Passive Ability. All Persuade speech attempts are considered successful.

Captivating Speech. All enemies in the area suffer from 50% attack/spell-cast/movement speed increase for 20 seconds.

Empathy.
Maintained Ability. Upkeep 30. You convince target enemy that they're fighting on the wrong side. They become an ally of yours for the remainder of the battle until death or Empathy ends.

Barterer. You gain a 20% discount on all items from traders.

Warrior Specialization: Leviathan.
+2 STR
+5% Critical Chance

Titan's Grip. Passive Ability. Can
now wield a 2-handed weapon with just your Main - Hand. You gain a 10% decrease to attack speed. (WORLD OF WARCRAFT ANYONE!?)

Fearsome Visage. Maintained Ability. Upkeep 10. Anytime an enemy first engages you in Melee Combat they must pass a mental resistance check, if the resistance check is failed they cower in fear unable to attack for 10 secs.

Decapitate. If this attack hits you strike for 200% critical damage, it will also instantly kill all enemies (except bosses) below 10% health. If you fail to kill the enemy with this attack, you are unable to gain any stamina regeneration for 8 seconds and take an additonal +50% damage for 5 seconds.

Unbridled Fury.
Passive Ability. Titan's Grip no longer suffers from an attack speed penalty. In addition whenever you make a killing blow on an enemy you gain a 50% movement speed increase for 4 seconds.

 hmm I'll throw out some ideas I've been tinkering with

Warrior: Vanguard
Bonuses: +2 Dexterity, +4 Attack

Talents
Battle Line
Maintained Ability - Upkeep 60
The vanguard and all nearby allies gain a bonus to ranged attack scores and attack speed with ranged weapons.

Barrage
Ranged Attack - Activation 50, Cooldown 20s
The vanguard fires up to four arrows at the target and nearby foes who suffer a penalty to movement speed and are knocked down unless they pass a physical resistance check.

Defensive Line
Adds a bonus to armor and immunity to knockdowns to the Battle Line ability.

Precision Fire
Activation 50, Cooldown 40s
For 20s the vanguard's arrows interrupt spellcasting, have additional armor penetration and a much higher chance to critical.

Thank you, but here comes another idea!

Warrior Specialization: Fencer.
+5 Attack
+2 DEX

Balestra. Activation 60.
Aim for the target's heart attempting to kill the opponent outright. Success is determined by Attack Score versus target's level (Does not work on Bosses). If the target resists (like a Boss), they take +150% Critical Damage. Can only be used with a single Main-hand Weapon. 25 second cool-down.

One-handed Master. Passive Ability.
If the player's DEX is higher than their STR then DEX completely replaces STR when determining Weapon Damage for One-Handed weapons and each point in DEX increases Attack score by 1 point.

Ghost Strikes. Activation 50.
Attack 4 times in quick succession. Last hit is a critical strike and stuns the target for 3 seconds. Can only be used with a single Main-hand weapon.

Grace. Sustained ability. Upkeep 60.
Attack speed is increased by 40%.

Nice I wonder if they will ever come up with a Warlock specialization?
