I have just completed Kasumi's (Master Thief) quest for the grey box and picked up the X12d Locust SMG.  Suddenly my upgrade for extra bullets is not working.  I had gone up to over 600 rounds when I got this upgrade but now I am back to just over 300 rounds.  When I go into the upgrades screen the upgrade shows as being there but I no longer have all those rounds and I want them back - any advice?

Different weapons have different capacities. The upgrade is working, it's just that the Locust's capacity is quite a bit lower than the Tempest's. But supposedly it makes up for it by being a more accurate gun so more shots count.
