in case no one has answered on 'the right forum' and you're subscribed or check....
You need a new controller! Your thumbstick x,y axis is not centered from ware and tear.
I've gone through like 4 or more Microsoft controllers to fix this same problem (with other games)
*** If you replace you should get the real M$ controller, the third-party mfr controllers i've had were even worse
