Greetings,

Apparently according to some person I spoke to via Origin live support they're completely helpless (not to mention clueless) and unable to do anything about this.

I promoted my Sentinels last weekend however for the Turian the powers did not reset and currently at level 7 I got -64 talent points, I'd appreciate some kind of fix for this preferably one that doesn't involve me having to get it to level 20 once more then promoting yet again.
