Quick Question, i was wondering if i buy the DLC with bioware points do i then get acces to download an installation file or do i need to have an Activation key, bound to this account .. Got a "Cerburus Network" code, but havent used it yet.
Asking because its actually is my brothers game i have used until now, so not sure how he would have it with me using his Code.

When you buy DLC (or use a Cerberus code,) you get links to download the files in your 'My Games' menu on the left of this website. However after you've downloaded and installed them, when you run the game it will check that you're entitled to have the DLC installed. If your brother is using a different computer to yours, then he will be have to log in to the account you used to download the Cerberus content, because the code can only be used once.
