1.Garrus - The ultimate bro, srsly. No more explanation needed.

2.Wrex- Such a bad ass in ME1. But despite his limited screen time in the last 2 games you could still see he was doing a fantastic job of uniting the Krogan.

3. Tali, no Legi-Ash-Mordi-Tha, grrh! can't decide.

Shepard is the best(especially in ME3),but excluding him:

2-Garrus-Best bromance ever

Ah, it's so hard to choose. Especially if your considering characters from the WHOLE universe instead of just squadmates.

If I had to choose right now, I'd say

Wow, honestly I can't really choose just three because I liked a lot of the characters. In order for me:

The characters I liked the least:
Mordin ( honestly never found him that interesting but he was well written in 3)
Mirranda ( just annoys me )
Allers ( shudder material )
Jacob ( just boring )

The other characters not listed here I found to be interesting enough, I certainly didn't hate any of them they just weren't my favorites.

1 - Garrus : I'm a fangirl and I'm not even going to deny it. Love the character, even if my fem!Shep never really romanced anyone. Funny, a bit renegade, and really good written trought three games.

2 - Emily Wong : Not sure why, I loved her from the very beginning. It's just a minor character, like the Talon V's pilot on Thessia, but I loved her.

3 - Legion: "does this unit have a soul?"

4 - Mordin+Eve and- wait, only three?

4th would have been Mordin I think, he's just amazing

Same for me with Wrex, I loved Grunt right off though.

I grew to like Wrex, but he was more interesting in the sequels to me.
