Tali. My first ME2 save to load up was the one that romanced Tali, and she jumped me as soon as we got back together. On others, catching her trying to make out with Garrus in the gun room was priceless. Loved it.

Garrus. Who ever wrote all of Garrus' dialogue in ME3 should be paid a bonus, given a raise, and put in charge of cool character dialogue for all future games. And who doesn't want space-batman as your side kick?

Mordin. I chose to cure the genophage, and I silently finished the line to his song after the explosion cut him off. This brave frog will be missed.

My favorite character was, Paragon Female Shepard. Paragon because its heroic and awesome, Female because I much prefer the voice actor, and Shepard because in ME3 Shepard really became a proper character and not some emotionless tool. By the end of the game I felt the worst because Shepard couldn't get her damn happy ending!
Second favorite, Tali. Yeah everyone loves Tali, shes the least 'perfect' of all the Love Interests yet the most entertaining,
And third, Garrus. What a bro. 'Nuff said.

Not Garrus Vakarian, and I'll tell you why. This Bosh'tet so called friend, not only leaves me when I'm down, he steals my ship, my girl, and runs off to a paradise beach planet. I bet the he never even feeds my fish, Kelly did for 6 months and didn't ask me for anything. And to top it off he leaves me home here on Earth to take care of the some entitled little brat with a runny nose and a GOD complex.

1.Mordin - One of my favourite characters in any medium. Love his "I made a mistake!" line from the last game.

2.Ashley - At times I didn't like her personality but to me it made the character more realistic and human. She had flaws but it made her believable.

3. Zaeed - Somewhat of a minor role but I found the character to be so interesting in the somewhat limited interactions we have with him.

Damn its quite hard to only pick three as all the squadmates from the series are great in their own way, but if I have to choose it would be:

1. Garrus (one of the best bromance's ever written)
2. Liara (always remained true to my blue lady)
3. Mordin Solus (just such a fantastic character on so many levels)
