Also suicide mission specials that involve story characters giving the briefing or even on the field. and a change to talk to them not being Shepperd.

New Co-op Mode: The Gauntlet
Basically this is a mode where the difficulty gradually scales up as the game progresses. I(t could even have a few extra waves to make it last longer.) Waves 1-3 are Bronze, 4-6 are Silver, 7-11 are gold including extraction. Waves 3,6, and 10 are objective waves as normal, with the payout for each being the same as in their normal modes. Ultimately the credits earned would fall somewhere between Silver and Gold.
The next one I don't have a name for, but the idea is that each wave is completely random as to which enemy faction you fight. Wave 1 could be Cerberus, Wave 2 Geth, Wave 3 Reapers, but it could repeat so Waves 2 and 3 could also be Cerberus. It would just be a random draw.
Also how about gaining some credits for completing the extraction? You get the XP, but I think that some extra credits would be a incentive for people to try and get the full extraction (which would pay the most obviously followed by Partial and Lone Survivor and vary depending on difficulty.)

You fight from point A to point B (probably similar to shepard in SP, or maybe even retracing his route to make sure it's safe). However, it'd be awesome if it were to include 12-16 people. Perhaps 4 people per squad and each squad is in a different location fighting to get to the center. I would love a DLC that includes more than 4 people a game.

A shield which takes a weapon slot and only pistols can be used with it. Allies could stay behind them to turn into a walking tank. Shield could power up if still for more protection.

New patterns for the armor (besides stripe 1, stripe 2 and Camo)
Another Squad Member (Batarian please)

1) Collector base assault (virtually the entire Prothean race was converted into the Colletcors so it's likely they had more then one base) following a similar path to the ME2 suicide mission (without the Human-Reaper). but you have to evacuate before the base explodes.
2) Collector ship assault (any ships that survived the aftermath of the bases destruction would have ceased all abduction and remained hidden until the Reapers invade) essentially go to the ships core , plant a giant bomb and evacuate before the bombs timer runs out.
