I definitely agree with this.  When Legion referred to itself in the first person I was like /mindblown.

And then he says Keelah Se'lai, which to me denotes that he can also be empathetic and I was like /pickUpAllPiecesOfMindSoICanBlowThemUpAgain

Allan, that dialog and the few lines before it was easily the best in the game, in my opinion. Heck, I think it's some of the best of all the games I've played through the years. The delivery, music, and finality of Legion's decision just made is incredible to me. I've played games where things I've done made some kind of emotional connection with me but nothing like this one did.

I agree.  The scene just sent chills up my spine.  I was already floored by the Tuchanka scene, where arguably my favourite character, Mordin, sacrifices himself to atone for his mistake.  Add in the music and...

The ability for them to project the dust from Tuchanka and Rannoch into my room, in such high quantities is really impressive! >.>
