Joker's line about how counting on Krogans was a bad idea and how it would be better to find better solutions such as time traveling or TEACHING REAPERS HOW TO LOVE " that last part literally got me LMAO for a good 5 min

This I thought was excellent. (It's actually one of those points where it feels like stuff was rushed together a bit, but still, it was excellent)

Shepard: "What about you"
Legion: "We will deactive defense systems and aquire an escape vehicle"
Shepard: "You can do that?"
Legion:"This unit still carries remenants of...the Old Machine upgrade code. We can break any geth security.  You are concerned." 
Shepard: "You know your limits. I trust you.  I'm more concerned you didn't tell me about the upgrades."
Legion:" You were tolerant of our recovery of geth intelligences from the server, but this matter is different. Personal."
Shepard: "You were ashamed."
Legion:"Shame is an emotional or cognitive response to societal judgment. It shoudl not apply here."
Shepard:"I'm on your side Legion. I want to help your people."
Legion:" We did not intend to cause offence."
Shepard:"How'd we get here? The geth are better than this."
...
Legion:"No, based on empirical evidence, they are not."

Legion: "We do not intend physical harm to the Creators at this time."

I just realized Legion was a better voice actor than Chobot. Although she did have one good line(more for the delivery).
