After talking with Tali, Jacob and probably miranda too about father issues, shepard talks with EDI:

Shepard: How's your focus, EDI? Any big questions?
EDI: No.
Shepard: Any small questions?
EDI: No.
Shepard: Any lingering issues?
EDI: About what?
Shepard: An imperfect designer who could be seen as a warped father figure, maybe?
EDI: Definitely not. Did something prompt this line of questioning?
Shepard: I've just learned you have to ask about these things.

For me, the culmination of the two best story arcs of Mass Effect trilogy, Tuchanka and Rannoch.

Many of the lines from Tali's romance, especially near the end of the game, really touch home, but anyone that romanced someone else probably doesn't agree, or hasn't experienced them anyway, so I'll refrain from adding them.

EDI: Shepard, I had a question about human behavior.
Shepard: Why is it that you never have questions about asari behavior or turian behavior?
EDI: I tried asking Liara questions about the asari bonding process. She said I do not guard the secrets of the Normandy's crew carefully enough for her to entrust me with such private information. The asari word she used translates as "blabbermouth"
EDI: I think she has become a more private person since becoming the Shadow Broker.
Shepard: She's the what?
EDI: Oops.
EDI: Perhaps you two should talk.
