Wrex: Shepard.
But that has been tossed in, so lemme go with some Jack:
"That barrier was weak, Cortez! Cerberus isn't going to lie down out of pity like that girl you took to prom!"
Kinda made me wanna kiss her right on the spot - if I hadn't been laughing so hard

Wrex: Garrus… I have to make friends with the one Turian in the galaxy who thinks he’s funny.
Garrus: Imagine how I feel. I’m supposed to hate Krogan, but you came along and warmed my heart with your winning personality.
Wrex: I could throw a few Salarians off a cliff if it’ll make you feel better.

this might seem odd
Wrex: yes humaN?
Met Wrex on my very first play through of me1 at csec, not in the bar. The tone of that line
sort of defined Wrex for me. Just before that he was being somewhat arrogant to the security
guys and then when he noticed shepard there was this inquisitive politeness combined with directness in his voice.

Lots but here is a few:
Shepard : "If I flee, I might trip over dozen Krogan I killed to get here."
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Shepard : "I'm offering to be your friend. You don't want to be my enemy."
Garrus : "They have a way of dying."
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Shepard ( interrogating Elias Khelam) : "Give me a name, or I'll cut your balls off and sell them to a Krogan!"
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Purgitory Guard : "You need to relinquish your weapons before we proceed."
Shepard : "I'll relinquish one bullet. Where do you want it?"

Thane's Prayer. ;A;
'Well, this is-'
'Just like old times?'
'Ah, the benefits of a redundant nervous system.'
'Yeah, humans don't have those.' and pretty much any time Wrex speaks, or a Krogan mentions food.
Charr's farewell poem to his wife.
'Don't ah me. You sound like a vorcha.'
Too many to list!

While recruiting Grunt in ME2:
Shepard - "My enemies threaten galaxies."
During your talk with Kaidan at Apollo's Cafe on The Citadel in ME3:
Shepard - "You're my brother, Kaidan."
I have several favourites but these two has stuck with me the most. They
also seem to be some of the more overlooked lines in the game from
other players, I never see anyone else mention
them in these types of threads. Maybe they're not as good as I think
they are but meh, one is just completely badass and the other is very
heartfelt and touching, IMO, of course. Also, both from Shepard, obviously.
