I definitely agree with this.  When Legion referred to itself in the first person I was like /mindblown.

And then he says Keelah Se'lai, which to me denotes that he can also be empathetic and I was like /pickUpAllPiecesOfMindSoICanBlowThemUpAgain

I think for me with Legion, not only these bits but that he called Tali by her first name. Not Creator Tali or Creator Zorah but just Tali.

And for me that last goodbye with a LI Garrus. Heartbreakingly beautiful.

I can't really remember the exact line...but when Wrex comments that he doesn't get a room with a window on the Normandy because he doesn't kiss as well as Liara made my day.

I also loved the "I don't need luck, I have ammo" line from Grunt.
