Bought same DLC twice

I mistakenly bought the Kasumi DLC twice instead of the Kasumi DLC and the Overlord DLC. I was wondering if it was possible for me to get a refund on one of the Kasumi DLCs so I could buy overlord. I'm not sure if this is the place to ask for help but I can't find an email for BioWare social network support. Please help.

This is a gamer to gamer self-help place. We have no conduit into the EA operations. You want EA Help or at least a forum that deals with web site problems, not with game problems, if you just want to deal with your fellow game players.

There is limited Bioware interaction in the Web Site Help forum. It's still for the most part self-help there, but at least you will be on-topic.
