 Seen the best thread, what about your worst?  Either because you hated them, or felt they were badly written.

1.  Ashley/Kaidan - find them both extremely annoying, I hated how Shep seemed to like them no matter what.  Told ashley to GTFO my ship in ME3

2.  Admiral Hackett - just something about him always rubbed me the wrong way.  He never does anything or risks himself, it seems, just gives orders.  During ME3 why is he hanging out at the Crucible the whole time?  The F does he know about science?  Get out there and lead the fleets, "Admiral"

3.  Kelly Chambers - Can't STAND this hoe.  Always whining, so "open," she drove me nuts.  She'd be the girl who when asked what's your one wish "Ummmm..world peace!"  UGH.

Jacob - most boring guy I've dealt with.

Kaidan - because when I spoke to Liara after a nightmare and we mentioned the dead ones, he was the only one I could say that I miss (and I didn't miss him, I miss Thane and Mordin). And he was annoying and boring.

Vega - stereotypical guy who is in the game just because Bioware wanted a "latino badass".

Ashley/Kaidan didn't like either of them. REALLY didn't like ashley and Kaidan was ok until he just randomly started hitting on me.
Jacob- seemed like a cool dude but his backstory, or lack thereof made him a tough character for me to find interesting.
Kai Leng- Final Fantasy school for bosses wash out.

Ashely/kaiden: sorry but the moaning they did about me being in cerberus at the start of ME3.
Vega: he not bad but it's the last game and he really didn't bring anything. I rather have a member from my old squad.

I took the other dialogue choice, Kaidan??? I don't miss Kaidan

1. Dianna Allers: This mostly comes down to voice acting, though. The lines weren't great, but they could've worked if they hadn't been so awkward. The character design (art-wise) wasn't great, either.

2. Ashley: I did like her by the end of ME1, but the constant stream of distrust in ME2 and 3 made her incredibly unpleasant to be around. I'm assuming Kaiden was the same, but I only imported one of my saves into ME3.

3. Kelly Chambers: The idea for a ship psychologist was great (if anyone would need it, the Normandy crew would), but she was, as the OP said, too "open." I get that a counselor would be emotive, but she went well beyond emotive and straight into unprofessional. She wasn't just in charge of the crew's psychological well-being, she was in charge of Shepard's. You don't flirt with your patients.

NOTE: I'm not mentioning the Star Child because I don't even consider that a character. There was no back and forth dialogue, there was no history, there was just a soliloquy followed by a bad choice.
