I'm just going to say characters that were actually.. characterized. Unlike, you know. Allers.

Morinth. I hated how she acted as though she had no choice in how she lived her life. Like, "Oh, I'm an Ardat-Yakshi, I might as well just kill people!". No. There is always a choice. GET THEE TO A CONVENT.

Ronald Taylor. The implications of what he did with the women on that island unnerves me in every playthrough. 

Gavin Archer. I both want to strangle this man and worship whoever wrote the Overlord DLC. (Mostly strangle Gavin. Brilliant writing, though.) In my opinion, Archer is one of the most despicable characters that we encounter in the ME universe.

Badly Written/acted:
Vega - Yes, I actually hated him more than the Star Child. I wanted to go to him in Purgatory, throw a Turian drink in his face, punch him in the throat, and as he's laying on the floor gasping for air, cuss him out in Spanish and then point out that he didn't understand a single damn word I had said because he doesn't understand a word of Spanish. Whoever added in this character...you brought me a lot of unnecissary greif.
Star Child - tough to tell...either really horribly written, or really well written. Guess we'll find out in the extended cut.
Allers - TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE voice acting. A series that otherwise EXCELLS at voice work, and you have this? I mean, seriously, how many people offed themselves after her newscasts?

Hated:
Jacob - Bland...very bland. There was nothing interesting about this guy.
Udina - God, I hated him since the first game. He sold you out then...seeing Anderson knock his lights out is still one of the highlights of the game.
EDIT: Switching Grunt for Archer. Completely forgot about that...how completely screwed up was that guy? Forcing your idiot savant brother to "merge" with a virtual intelligence, against his own wishes? Somebody is going to the "special hell"
