I have the N7 Collectors Edition and playing it since the release of the game. I also have the From Ashes DLC, but since a few days i have huge problems connecting to the EA/Origin Server in Mass Effect 3 itself.

This happens usually at evenings in the europe timezone. When i start Mass Effect 3 it fails to connect to the EA/Origin Server(even tho Origin already runs and i can chat with friends there without Problems). When i click the "Connect to alliance Server" Button in the Game menu it suddenly connects fine and without problems, but there is the problem: IT DOES NOT AUTHORIZE MY DLC and i cant load my savegame.
I can play Multiplayer without Problems its just the DLC that doesnt get Authorized.

As i wrote earlier this does not happen all the time. If i play the game at early hours it connects to the EA server without problems and the DLC gets authorized but at peak times it just fails to connect the first time and the manual "Connect to Alliance server" Button does not authorize my DLC.

The only workaround for me to still be able to play the singleplayer at evenings is the following: unplug my network cable, start origin and Mass Effect in offline mode and then i can load my savegames without problems and the DLC also works.

This is obviously a Problem with the EA or Origin Server but how can i fix it? Unplugging the Cable everytime i wanna play the singleplayer is not really a solution for me... My Internet runs fine, i have no lag at all, no Packetloss or high ping, so it is either the EA servers that are busy or some Routing problem. My internet provider is the Deutsche Telekom. Changing IP, restarting my router or Origin also does not help.

i have the some problem, in any time Origin can put me a message about the autentification code for From Ashes, On Line Pass and for the new Multy Player dlc.

this is vary strange.

I'm Italian.

i have ME3 N7 Collector Edition Ratail Version.

Here in Brazil I have the same problem. But this bug started right now. My version is ME3 collectors edition and I play it since the release. I never haved this problem, even in other EA games.

Just happened to me as well. EA support seems befuddled. I wanted to get to play Rebellion and now I don't get to play MP at all.
