[Fruit of the Doom]

For me it was Ashley, Morinth, and EDI.

Ashley:  You kill Wrex in any reality, and I (indirectly) kill you in every reality.

Morinth:  She was like an annoying bratty teenager.  Also, a serial killer.

EDI:  Miranda 2.0: "Now with MORE ******!"   I really liked EDI as a character in ME2 and ME3 (though to a lesser extent), but I was horrified that they decided to shove her into a shameless fanservice sex bot with a cliché "I wanna be a real boy!" story arc.  I would have much preferred if she took control of a geth platform, perhaps "cooperating" with Legion to enhance him in combat, partially controlling his body.  Would be hilarious for them to have conversations with one another during missions, maybe even argue.

I quite like Javik, he had a really dry sense of humour. Hated ashley but somehow had her as the VS. Jacob was boring as ****.

In 3, it wasnt so much I disliked any of the characters but that there was not enough choice, I would have liked to have had Jack.

Yeah Javika and Jack, what a team!

Seriously? Given how much time you spend fighting geth in the first game, if you hardly used her you played it wrong.

ME1: Wrex & Tali. Not sure why (I grew to like them more in the future games)
ME2: Jacob. Nothing particularly wrong with him. He seemed normal enough. Just found him boring. Figure he's the reminder that everyone isn't crazy.
ME3: Vega (prob similar reasons to Jacob). Ashley. Kinda surprising since I liked her in ME1 and played her as a romance option (in 1 & 3). Maybe it's me that's changed?

Probably worth noting I wasn't a huge Garrus fan at first (but really like him now). Hated Jack at first (really like now). Didn't like Javik much at all 1st playthrough (his humor really grew on me though and been loving him this 2nd playthrough).

No one in ME2, I bonded pretty well with all my squaddies. Never got Moribth, though.
Kaidan in ME3. I didn't overly care for him in part one and I kicked him off my ship in part 3. My only regret is that I couldnt rub my relationship with Thane in his face.

ETA: I dislike Liara as well, but I'm convinced that 90% of my disdain for her is solely due to the fact that BioWare shoved their blueberry waifu down my throat in the series.

Garrus has similar powers in ME 1, her drone has a 30 second cooldown in ME 2. She doesn't energy drain until her loyalty mission. I use her for every mission on Rannoch, except Legion's in ME 3, and maybe one mission after. I don't hate her or any other character in particular, but she didn't seem all that useful to me.
