1. Liara - I just never found her to be that interesting. The Asari in general kind of bore me.
2. Jack - Mainly because I couldn't point out on one of the numerous instances when she gives you an "or else" that I've dealt with far more dangerous people than a bald biotic with an anger problem
3. Liara - Personal space, respect it.

ME1-Ashley-Kind of annoying with her mild xenophobia

ME2: Jacob
ME3: EDI

Of course, my only ME3 playthrough was as an Engineer, so EDI was too redundant. Normally my squadmates were Javik/Vega and Liara.

 ME1- Liara. "So, you'll have sex with anything?"
"No! See, this is how awful rumors about my people get started!"   
"Oh, I see... so the fact that you already expressed desire to jump into bed with the alien commander of this ship 30 minutes after meeting him/her has nothing to do with that stereotype."

ME2- Miranda/Jack. Alright, if you want me to trust you farther than I could throw you now,  as opposed to the beginning of the game, maybe you should stop lying to me... especially in the middle of a mission. Ok, I tolerated your attitude because of your past and helped you blow it up. Quit being a brat. Both of you, knock off the petty catfights until we're done with the mission at hand.

ME3- Liara. Actually she was okay in this game and did some pretty cool stuff (Shepard/Vigil 2.0). I just still find her voice grating and she's a terrible Shadowbroker. With a room full of computers she still manages to get upstaged by Traynor who has a single holographic keyboard and a laptop. Never use her more than I have to.

ME1 Ashley - She was too cold and come on you are going to work in space how can you hate aliens, made no sense. And she killed wrex.

ME2 - Zaeed gosh so terrible and so boring to talk with him. As for non-DLC then Jack, her actitude was annoying but love how she becomes fun in ME3.

ME3 - James - Not bad, but we barely get to know him, and like others, it occupies space for so manny other awesome characters. Javik at first I didn't like it but it grows on you and is understandable his ways.

Kaiden:  That "hushed" Batman voice that the VA uses is beginning to annoy me.  I mean he uses it in every game he's cast in >,>

Ash:  Untrusting, quick tempered idiot.


ME2: Zaeed/Jacob/Samara/Morinth

Zaeed:  Waaay too "Renegade" for my liking.

Jacob:  Boring as heck; and I felt that anything he could do, someone else could do better.

Samara/Morinth:  Unfeeling murderers


ME3: EDI/Javik/Surviving ME1 Squad Mate

EDI:  Liked her AI's initial interaction with the crew.  Felt her "sexbot" addition to the squad was unnecessary.

Javik:  Not funny to me. Says he understands evolution yet he mocks the species of this era for practices that they haven't followed (ie Salarians licking eyes) for Millennia.  Just seems like a jerk that likes to goad people.

Surviving Squaddie:  See Above.

Tali in all 3. I really don't care for her, she's always complaining it seems like. Whenever she cries I just want to punch in her mask and walk away in slow motion to her spontaneously combusting.
