Seriously? Given how much time you spend fighting geth in the first game, if you hardly used her you played it wrong.

Garrus has similar powers in ME 1,

1-3 Liara - Would rather have had Aethyta

1 - Tali - dragging a kid around fighting in a war is stupid

2 - Grunt - pointless, no personality beyond Hulk wannabe

3 - none really strike me as least favorite, but did not use Javik or EDI that much. Thought Liara was wasted, as she's the Shadow Broker and could feed info to Shepard, but instead chose to fight. Wrong priorities.

I don't really hate any character. I generally used a set up with 1 biotic, 1 Tech (Shep was a Soldier)
ME1: Kaiden (Left to die for being whiney, I never really got behind the character)
ME2: Jacob (Character was a bit of a none entity for me)
ME3: Javik (Not sure why but never seem to use him)

Although, if allowed I'd just apply Vega to all three. He is the only squad member that I outright disliked.

Jack - I never used her. I will never buy the excuse of being rude and violent because of a bad childhood.

Samara - I liked her a lot but taking her on missions felt like having my mum there.

Mordin - He redeemed himself in ME3 but in 2 I hated his guts for defending the genophage.

You're right, but still, the geth appear in main story missions and a few side missions. I being every crew member with me at one point throughout the main story in ME 1, but other than that, I did not see much use for her, combat-wise.

ME1: Tali: admit it she was boring in ME1, pretty much a walking encyclopaedia about the Quarian race with no character development at all.

ME2: Kasumi: I don't really like her voice and she's a walking stereotype.

ME3: Ashley: I don't even remember Ashley all that much from ME3. She and Kaidan were pretty boring.
