ME1: Kaidan.
ME2: Miranda, especially. Basically everyone not named Legion, Mordin, Tali, Garrus.
ME3: Vega. Sorry, I like your one-liners, but I hate your face-model. Too 'Jersey Shore.'

Jacob - frankly one of the worst characters I've ever seen who only gets more annoying in ME3. I'm surprised Bioware managed to make a character this dull when they have so many great ones.
Grunt - Also a very 1 dimensional character /sigh
James Vega - It's not that I really hate his character or anything, it wasn't *that* bad, it's just that he took up space on the crew which could have had a faar better character like Mordin/Wrex or Miranda.

1. Liara + Tali. Liara was decent when romanced, but was just creepy and awkward when not romanced. Tali was just a walking codex entry.
2. Tali + Zaeed + Jacob. In ME2, Tali reminded me of Liara from ME1. Decent romance arc, but creepy and awkward otherwise. Zaeed: you're trying too hard to be badass. Jacob: how much more boring can you make a character? However, I did like the character development for Liara in LotSB.
3. Nobody in particular. I liked actually liked Tali in this game, but unfortunately, you only fight geth like 3 times in this game, so she didn't see much use. I liked Liara, but I wish Bioware would stop shoving her in our faces. She was obviously a writer's pet, but I don't really hold that against the character. I didn't have a problem with the others, though some felt a little short on content.

ME1 - Ashely. Why I sacrificed Kaidan over her still baffles me. Then again, Kaidan isn't much better.
ME2- Jacob. Useless in combat, but I kinda liked his everyman personality. He was completely wasted in ME3 though. I hoped they would do something with his corsair storyline. Would have made him instantly badass.
ME3- EDI. I liked her just fine when she was my ship, but the robot body was a lazy way of giving you a new squadmate without putting in any effort of bringing back an ME2 character who was actually a squadmate. I also think it would have been cuter if EDI (as the ship, without the body) was the one who fell for Joker instead of the other way around.

ME1: Car- Kaidan. I meant Kaidan. (tho all of ME1's characters seemed 1-demensional, save Wrex)
ME2: Samara
ME3: Liara (she was just so bland compared to ME2)

In terms of least used
Liara: Played as biotic so no need for her
Jacob: Powers offered very little
Liara: On insanity she spent more time bleeding out then fighting.
In terms of least liked
Liara: I liked her but not as much as the others
Jacob: Only squadmate that is just uninteresting
James: Nice enough guy but his spot should have been given to an ME2 squadie

ME1-Tali. She isn't a bad character or anything, just isn't as developed as the others. I didn't know her, so I didn't care/like her.
ME2-Jack. psycopath with limited use on Insanity. At least Jacob is mentally stable
ME3- Liara. Not really her fault, more of the writer's making her the co-protaganist. Unless I'm forced to take her with me, she doesn't leave the ship.
