I just don't find her particularly likeable or interesting... And she filled an ME3 space that should have gone to Jack, Legion or Miranda imo.

ME1: Definitely Tali. I found her annoying, creepy, and fairly unlikeable.

ME2: Tali, for the reasons above. Zaeed because he was a selfish jerk, but I liked how he changed in ME3. Jacob because he's an ass.

ME3: Tali again, no contest. If I wasn't a total paragon, there is no way she would survive to the end.

3. Javik. Interesting, but a douche. And I loved the other squadmembers.

I hate to say this but Garrus because his AI absolutely sucked in 3 so bad that I hardly used him.

I never used Tali when not dealing with Geth.

ME 3: EDI. Not the character itself but the fact that they had to give it a physical form and make it a squad mate was just wrong.

ME1- Ash. She was just bland-female-supporting-character-and-romance-arc. Nothing special.

ME2- Jacob. He gave the worst advice ever. Of all time. "I don't trust Thane!" "Tali, make sure to introduce yourself to our AI, I'm sure you two will get along swimmingly." "I say, why wait, lets just go in NOW!", "Throw the Geth out of the airlock, I'm sure there is nothing of value we can obtain from it.", "I'll hack for the mission, guys. I'm totally good at that." Also, he had the creepiest romance dialogue ever.

ME3- Liara. She was a whiny, annoying primitive and an ineffective Broker. She would have been better in a supporting role, like Hackett or Anderson. She could give us intel, missions, tech, and all sorts of cool things. What does she do instead? She finds the Deus Ex Machina device to end all Deus Ex Machina devices and then is a squadmate with biotics... and that is it. Not to mention how much she cries whenever Banshees are about, or her argument with Javik after Thessia. She's just... annoying.

2. Jacob. I liked him as a bro, but past that there just wasn't much interesting about him.

3. ???. Honestly I liked the cast of 3 alright. Least favorite was probably EDI, but not for the same reasons as everyone else. I just didn't find her that interesting.
