 I tink personaly for me It has to be one you get trough multiple playtroughs at the end of ME 1 when deciding what to do about the council and sovereign Garrus once said 

- "I hope you know what you are doing human"

Then again in another playtrough he said the completly operside he wanted to sacrefise the council, what's the deal Garrus?

Not sure if "working" was the word choice I would have chosen there.  Enslaved, serving, under...but working?  Always makes me go "hmmmm"
