Like the title says.I'm not receiving compensation for side missions.An example I got treatment for one of the doctors looking for a Cerberus poison tailored to turians.He goes here is your compensation for your work.And I didn't receive anything no money no nothing.I believe there were two other instances like that as well.This my third play through on the same character,so i was wondering if it was a bug in the system or what?

I had an issue like that with the mission where you have to talk to the banker about the mercinaries you need to scan for. I came back and he wouldn't talk and i apparently got the reward anyhow.
