Do we know for certain that the relays were destroyed in the Control (Blue) ending as well? It's clear they were in the Synthesis and Destroy endings, the Control ending showed them smash up a bit, but not overload like the Red and Green endings. The Citadel obviously stayed in one piece because it closed up. Just wasn't sure about the relays.

Any Bioware writers out there want to confirm?
