I am sure this has been up here before but I am having a slightly different set of issues with it all, and EA Support have pushed me to the point of suicide so perhaps the community can shed some light on the issue.

 I have downloaded it and asked EA support for a key. One was sent to me, that then didnt work. I went back to them to ask for another. This was 'invalid', and then simply gave the a 'installation cancelled' box when clicking 'next' on the key input box.
I then went back to Support and told them....only to get given a blooming link to the old Bioware Community registration instructions. The fact that Support sent me a link to something that doesnt even exist anymore has me worried that they either dont know or dont much care, so I have asked for yet another key. I get the feeling it may soon result in me closing the case in frustration.

Has anyone recently tried installing BDtS? If so, is there something I am missing? Because Support clearly don't know how to resolve this at all.

Are you talking about the PC or Xbox version?
Because I downloaded it for my Xbox just recently.

Though honestly, I don't think it's anything special. I believe it's the one mission that shows the Makos dysfunctional controls better than any other.

I sincerely appreciate where you are coming from, Gorath. But I must tell you that I had already contacted Support as per the instructions in the link you provided, and have been frustrated at a) the keys supplied that do not work, and the fact that, armed with this knowledge, Support has given up on it.

Hence my post to the community. But thank you for providing it anyway. Think I might just throw in the towel, I've tried everything.

If you read through the posts in the thread Gorath linked to I'm pretty sure you'll find a solution to your problem
