Did anyone lose all "Achievemnets" with new patch?

Since downloading and installing the new patch on April 9, 2012, I started a new character (my 4th) from an ME3 import. I played about 2 hours and noticed I was getting achievements. I found this strange as I had gotten them ALL except the “Overload Specialist”. I checked my achievements and saw that all were missing except the few that I had received while playing the last 2 hours.

I decided to load my character that I played and finished last from the last saved point (ending the game with the child) to see if the achievements would return. After finishing from the last save, I got the “Insanity” achievement since it was the character I played on insanity, yet no return of missing achievements.

Need I say I have reloaded, ended, and replayed the ending of my characters to see if they would reappear, no luck. I have checked to see if the “Upload Game Feedback” was on in the option section, yes. I have Cloud Sync on and had it on before the patch was downloaded and installed.

Here is version after the patch:

MassEffect3.exe - 1.2.5427.16
MassEffect3Config.exe - 1.3.0.1 (unchanged)


Need I say I am a little upset with this and going by EA/Bio great reputation of fixing things, I am very disappointed with the Quality Assurance process for this game.

I hope there is a real simple solution to this because being told “We are looking into this” means “You are SOL.”

I contacted Technical Support via the link at the top of the forum.  Guess where that took me to?  EA Support.  After emailing them the info above with pics, I get this;

I appreciate your concern about the game and as you say if you are able to reproduce this issue more than once, then yes it may be a BUG but I would like to ask you to please send your valuable suggestions/BUGS on EA forums. As we from customer support do not interact directly to the developers of the game. Hence I request you to please paste your BUGS to our Forums so they can be better looked after.

Wherein, you can get further assistance/some tips from Game Experts and fellow gamers who would have encountered similar issues/ might have similar queries. The Forums serve as the uniting ground for the Gaming community and the Developers where they come together and brainstorm to figure out issues of complicated nature/ game-play mechanics
