So I have 350K creits stored for the new DLC, and I have a few questions as to how best spend them.

1.  Whats the most cost effective way of getting new race cards?  Vetran or Spectre?

2.  I've never gotten a damage mod or a Anti-armor mod for my assault rifle.  Whats the best strategy for landing those?
