 My friend's mass effect stopped working. Only in multiplayer it won't load though.


What is going on? He tries to join multi and it's says "a disc read error has occurred, you must restart"

So does this happen to anyone else? Also I think he might buy a new copy if it doesn't work, will he lose all his saved data?

Swap it for a new disc.

If it still happens, clean the blu-ray drive.

If it still happens, buy a new BRD.
