People, an easy way to tell the trolls are lying is to start up MP, go to new match, and look through the available maps. New maps = you're good, since they said the maps would just automatically be given to you. No new maps = THEY'RE LYING!

Btw it's not out yet... so stop buying packs, unless you just want normal stuff!

There'll be an announcement. They're just slow I guess.

It would have been nice if Bioware would have released the Resurgence Pack ALONG with the patch at the same time.I do not see the logic in this strategy. If the patch is not ready for release, don't release the dlc until the patch can be released to everyone. I can understand people buying packs as soon as they download the dlc since dlc content is usually accessible the moment you download it. Not to mention that Bioware was not very explicit about the details of the release. And no one that watched the leaked pax video would have known that a patch would be following the dlc at a later time.

I agree, mostly because once you download the DLC, people without the DLC cannot join your game due to different version. I'd thought they would just give it to everyone across the board, since its free, but you have to download the DLC itself in order to unlock the characters. The way they did it right now, would make sense to just include the new patch anyways, since the DLC make your game a different version from people who hasn't download it yet.

The new maps are accessible, not sure if anyone needed validation. I was able to start a private game on Condor on XBL

i would like to suggest bioware to add as playable character, i believe that to make a DLC with prothean and collector could be very funny and realizable with the less of effort, anyway if someone want to suggest to Bioware what fans want in Multiplayer click on my sig

These sort of problems are supposed to be resolved BEFORE the date of launch.
Kind of like how the "From The Ashes" DLC was supposed to be included in the game before launch and got added as DLC, I don't expect BioWare to acutally deliver anything on time.


I'm already out of belief for them from buying and playing SWTOR, I mean honestly they gated pre orders based on pre order date, but didnt' tell anyone until the day of the start.

The Resurgance Pack only adds Geth, Batarian, and new Krogan and Asari characters. No Protheans.

You must be confusing with From Ashes, which has Javik, the Prothean squadmate

They told everyone on the day they released the ability to pre-order that early access was going to be staggered. I pre-ordered on day 1, and this information was made clear. Some people just didn't notice it, apparantly.

lol.  In a world where things were released on time and in an order that makes sense (Xbox gets it before Origin?  wtf?) you'd be able to download the DLC, but since we live in reality and everything is always late the dlc is not out yet.
