It's only 7 minutes from the appointed release time people. And as with everything involving online updates, it does take a while for the updates themselves to show up online. Give it time.

Well, at PAX I believe they said there would be another pack just for these unlocks.

No idea though - it's only been five minutes, give em' a little while.

You can aquire the items from the spectre packs, but if you just want the items from Resurgance and nothing else, there will be a specific pack for it containing only items from Resurgance.  This was announced at PAX like you stated.

You'd think we'd have long gotten leaks of the content if it was on the disc, considering how fast crackers can access them. The fact that they didn't, and that the first leak we saw was apparently from a test server leak means that the content likely isn't on the disc.
