Nothings wrong, Bioware has never been punctual when it comes to DLC.  Just wait a bit, it's coming.

I'll be surprised if the PC or PS3 get the DLC at this hour considering the time release of past DLCs. Usually late morning for the PC and something like 9 pm (I don't know if that's EST or PST) for the Playstation (which has nothing to do with BioWare and everything to do with when PS3 updates) while it's the XBox 360 that tends to get it early in the morning.
