We're trying to prove a point. The point being that collectively, we'd rather flush our money down a toilet than be tempted to spend a dime on DLC, or another EA game.


Yeah, I've read all I need to.

Honestly, if you really felt like flushing your money down a toilet, you could send me $3k to buy a new car or a few hundred to fix the one I have to the point I don't have to worry about fixing it for a while.  I mean, I'm out of work as it is and the money definitely won't go to waste on me.

Spending thousands for a change to a $70 game?  I'm dumbfounded. 


I need a few thousand to pay off my student loans. Maybe they can help me out there as well...


That is your problem , cause you need to work first to get where some people are . before you can express your opnion ... that is how the society works nowadays .
If you cannot make on your own without loans , you are already indebted for the rest of your life.
Especially when you finish your studies , so you are already coming out with 5 years of debt once you finish your studies , and congrats you didn´t complain about it .

I wouldn't bother with this guy. I spent like 3 hours arguing with him about choice in the ME series and he failed to bring up any useful or relevant points, but would continue to go "2-0 your wrong I'm right". I think he's just a special case that is using the movement as a "Look guys I'm cool too see? see?.....guys?":ph34r:

The statement is about showing that you'd rather waste MONEY on something else then not spend MONEY on future DLC made by BioWare.

And if people strongly believe there voice are heard , then it is money well spent .

That you become envious that is another problem , but one day you will get there too , that you say he !
It is only money atleast I get to use money how I want , instead of paying off debt .

And for once it feels good to do one thing I love , that is backing up my mouth with deeds.
Extended ending version does not cut it , for a francishe like ME 3 .
Where choice matters , were your action would be respected if possible.
Everything worked fine till the last 10 min ...

would rather spend money on DLC or another game. a buildboard outside EA's headquaters (which btw is no where near Bioware Edmonton) wont do anything, and you wont be able to sustain the funding needed to keep it up, unless you have that many stupid people backing you, which I could see happening too.

and what garuantee does anyone have that those with access to the donation account wont just split the money even and run?

Not seeing many supporters. that gives me a sign of hope for gamers. I agree with Taz though, any normal commuter sees that sign and will think gamers are crazy, you do know Kotaku posted an article today of 5 different cases of gamers killing their childiren because of gaming? imagine now this uprising about a video game ending... good grief guys.. way to hurt gaming even further if you follow through with this
