)I was still disappointed by Mass Effect 3's ending lol XD
Looking back at the other two games, the endings were . . . built the same way.
Mass Effect 1, had the choice of going after Sovereign or Saving the Council.
The whole journey really didn't effect the ending at all.
Mass Effect 2, you just have to survive the last few moments of the game, and choose whether to . . .
Destroy the station or give it to the Illusive Man.
The journey, however, had instances that reflected your choices, different things happened or things couldn't happen.
Mass Effect 3, had the same choices carried over. Certain things could happen while other things couldn't happen, making your past game choices and events matter. The ending, just like other two games, if you got there, you had to make a choice. The choices, in all three games, really didn't effect the end choice.
So . . . I'm confused why I am, still currently, even though understanding the ending better, disappointed XD.
Could it be little things that BioWare did to Mass Effect 3, finally just boiled over wants witnessing the same cinematic sequence with a different color? I do not know . . . I was still a little made when my buddy and I compared our choice, I chose controlling the Reapers while he chose synthesis.
He saying, "Jumped in and then color and the Reapers flying-" And I basically said. "Wait! So Reapers flew away, Joker -" Blah blah blah and it felt . . . empty. Here, having a great journey, then having a not so different ending . . . visually.
Then, things started to reveal itself. Such as, it didn't matter if I shot Udina or stabbed the ninja dude lol XD Screw off the salarians and help Krogan. The salarians join in later anyway.
Don't get me wrong, there were plenty of choices that mattered but, why were their some important choices that didn't matter? Why was there no time limit on getting people to fight the Reapers? Or am I wrong and there was one lol XD I don't know . . . Played it three times and didn't see one like how you waited in Mass Effect 2 and your crew died lol XD
Why did . . . why did multiplayer have an impact on single player
I mean, I wouldn't have touched multiplayer, and I didn't my first play through lol XD Wouldn't people who like to play multiplayer just . . . I don't know, play multiplayer lol XD Is this the evolution of games? Where, in order to sell the most copies, there has to be multiplayer? Wouldn't make more sense to . . . just make multiplayer games XDI can totally see in the future a game, one for single player, and the other for multiplayer and they are both $60 dollars lol XD I don't know, maybe I just rip on multiplayer too much
Not really a big fan of multiplayer . . .Anyway, Tali's face . . . I mean . . . did they really have to edit a picture already taken? I know people have already talked about it but, that's really depressing. The statement BioWare released about it, even more depressing lol XD Something about connection to the real world? ( Hopfully I'm not wrong about that statement. I am usually wrong about most things lol XD ) How long would it take to make her face from scratch and just using the picture as a model? Just, having her blink in front of Shepard, saying hello would have been awesome
When I first heard about Jessica Chobot in the game, I was like that's pretty cool
But then . . . it completely turns on me lol XD People started to bring up Emily Wong or that one chick, that gets punch XD This interview is over, BAM lol Always loved that one . . . Was it time? I do not know how long BioWare had, never really done the math, but, was it a time? Were they pushed to release it by a date?I don't know, it just seems that Mass Effect 3 was doomed to disappoint me lol XD No matter what happened. I totally wished that my choice at the ending didn't happen XD I wish it was all cinematics, and it was a simple checklist. Shepard did this this and this, througout the games and he chose control the reapers lol XD
Maybe I just wanted a reward for creating a character through Mass Effect 1, all the way through, Mass Effect 3. There were reward though, Wrex was still alive, got to see him, chat with him. Other instances like that, maybe I just wanted to have a huge reunion with everyone before I went off a got myself killed XD. I wish I never knew the numbers for war assets. It was cool reading everything but . . . it was summed up in a number. I still read everything but knew it was a number. I don't know, maybe it lost it's power when I saw the numbers lol XD
I think the one thing that disappointed me the most was . . . all the conservations that weren't zoomed it. Hey, I took time creating my freaking face XD Remind me, every second lol XD The shuttles scenes were awesome! Talking with everyone, camera angles focusing on everyone, why wasn't some conservations on the ship like that XD Was it to streamline the game? They already added the function to automatically choose choices in the options, loved taking off the helmet option lol XD I can enjoy my armor and take it off, even though, it made no sense sometimes, it didn't bother me!
Was the reason why Mass Effect 3 disappointed me was the fact that . . . it was a stand alone game? I feel like a minority in a universe I love lol XD Hey guys you remember in Mass Effect 1, never played that, oh . . . Uh . . . Well, I got to play some extra features

Yes sir! Remember all those parts? Yeah! TOTALLY! Everyone was awesome how my choices effected certain parts of the game! I know! I shot Wrex and killed Kaiden! You don't know what your missin' cause Wrex AND Kaiden are alive for me XD Kaid is always sprouting his integrity but he's still my bro. Yeah . . . my just had . . . you know . . . leaves and . . . joker along with . . . Tali . . . :'( Yeah! I think your love interest survives, thank god Ashley's sweet ass made it! . . . yeah . . . Tali . . . might not make it far . . . kinda wish there was some epic fight at the end . . . AWW No, dawg! You just want to fight Harbinger in hand to hand combat! I had enough of him in ME 2 . . . yeah . . . would've . . . made my adventure more fun . . . Pfft, your ideas are stupid and you just whine all the time! >:c Grow some balls or just go kill yourself right now! It was a GREAT GAME! . . . it was a great game so . . . why does it suck lol XDI'll say it ( type it again ) 1st play through, under 24 hours, 2nd play through, just over 24 hours, 3 play through, dragging my feet . . . just over 41 hours . . . I was hoping this game would make it awesome to play through Mass Effect 1, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3 again
But, each were made as a stand alone game . . . is that why the conclusion was sucky for me? I don't know . . . I expected some stuff from BioWare and it was in the game I had a fun time playing it :3 Then I saw some stuff that I questioned . . . Then I saw some stuff that I couldn't believe came from BioWare . . . or the Mass Effect team lol XD Some parts, I actually thought would be end Mass Effect 3, didn't even get mentioned I honestly thought that dark energy crap that Tali was doing with Stars Dying would've been in Mass Effect 3 as something BIG! It wasn't even mentioned in an email lol XD Or, was that Conrad's paper supposed to be about lol XDI guess you just can't satisfy everyone . . . and with that one person unsatisfied, a thousand more takes his/her place of just joining in and loving the experience . . . Nothing lasts forever. If BioWare made this game, thought it was great, stands by it, I'll just hang my head low and leave the room, past everyone, trying to get in an enjoy the experience.
I do not know how else to explain my disappointment. Maybe I'm just a sad person or something LOL XD
If anyone would like to post, either to share stuff, or help me salvage my love for Mass Effect, please do lol
I would love to enjoy it, again lol XD Maybe the free DLC will help it, most likely won't lol XD
Even if I can't salvage, still great being around other people who love Mass Effect . . . really would've loved ending my moments in the universe with my squad lol XD
Someone posted that fan made ending with Shepard dreaming about Liara and dying that I saw just yesterday, wish that was the ending lol XD. What is the whole point of reigniting a ROMANCE when Shepard doesn't even remember them at the END lol XD
Can't wait for someone to just post waah or something mean. Always made me laugh to see other threads where people talked about stop with the hate and the next post after the main one was like - Nope.
