I'm thinking of buying a N7 hoodie but I reside in the Philippines and my usuall online shopping sites (Amazon and ThinkGeek) does not carry them. So I was wondering how reliable Biowarestore's is when it comes to their international shipping and handling ?.
Like what courier services they use (DHL, UPS, FedEx etc), How long does it take to deliver the items for both normal and express deliveries and what should I expect from their customer service ?

I'm from England, but I ordered a shirt and it was efficient.

Thanks for the info.
But before that. What's the courier service they used and how much their international shipping and handling cost ?.

Parcels sent to the UK go via XPO; the final leg of the journey is handled by HDNL. There's just the one postal option and they take about two weeks, though they're inexpensive and generally trouble-free (there was a problem with parcels getting bashed about a while back but haven't seen too much of that for about a year.) I mostly buy lithographs which typically cost about USD$12-13 to ship here which is a lot less than some companies try to get away with charging for similar items (Things From Another World being a particularly egregious company for having outrageous postal charges, for example.)

Hi JudasMesiah, I'm from the Philippines too and I'm wondering if you got what you were trying to order from bioware store, because if you did, I'm also interested in ordering and I would like to ask you how you did it, please reply, thanks...

But if the product is available, how do you order something from bioware store, forgive me if I'm asking you about online shopping and shipping but I'm very interested in getting some of the products bioware offers.
