Was in my first gold difficulty multiplayer game since the patch. Set to unkown enemy and location, did really well with a full extraction. But somehow came out on the other side with over a million exp and round three hundred thousand credits.
Also a couple of my team mates were getting head shots like crazy and killing enemies within a few seconds of spawning. One seemed to be nearly one shotting them with a fully upgraded geth assult rifle. Including Primes and Hunters. I ended with virtually no kills and alot of assists.
Don't know if this is a glitch.
It may just be that the gold difficulty has decreased and the reward system increased since the patch.

Sounds like you got into a hacked game. You will definitely want to PM one of the mods here and NOT spend the money. It is a ban-able offense for this, and you MAY get caught in the backlash if you don't get on the proactive end.

An EA customer service rep told me there are no hacked games in EA and the credits were a normal reward.
