If you hate the ending and what Bioware has done to it and want to send a message regarding the **** slap they just gave you by insulting you even more with "Extended DLC", then stop playing multiplayer or buy any DLCs.

We need Bioware to applogize twice now.  Once for the ending and once for the insulting extended DLC.

Their idea of fixing the problem is to fricking extend on it and add more salt to the injury?  How stupid are they?

What exactly do you want for an ending?

You can spray paint S*** gold, but it's still S***.

If people really wanted to protest, demand a refund.

Apparently what he was promised.

I know if I was promised what the ending would consist of, I'd complain about nobody screaming "spoiler alert" beforehand...

I don't see anything wrong with playing the game, or free DLC. After all you've already paid for both the game and your XBOX live time. Not using it isn't hurting anyone and only succeeds in wasting your own hard earned cash.

If you want to send a message to Bioware & EA it is better to skip paid DLC and buy DA3 used.

But what were we promised?

I get that alot of people don't like the endings and they want them changed.....but changed to what? What ending would they be happy with?

Even if you didn't or don't play MP they have your money now...

I dislike the ending, but it's a damn good game, sorry I spent my $80 dollars I'm not gonna stop over it.

No? While I disliked the ending the game was amazing and MP was also amazing, AND on top of that they are now doing exactly what I wanted with the end.

Yeah, just because you feel miserable doesn't give you the right to ask others to feel like crap, too.

So because I hate the ending I must not play MP despite the fact I do enjoy MP because some random person on the Internet says so?Ok....

Couldn't agree more. But a little skeptical about the extended cut DLC.

All they need is an epilogue, my main angst with the choices at the end were that I had no clue what they actually did so I assumed the worst. With an Epliogue and a cinematic of how my crew on earth got to the normanday (and if they really want to get me excited, more War Asset cinematics) they have entirely fixed my issues with it.

I'm willing to give them a chance with the extended ending DLC. Besides, I've already not played multiplayer for a month, and I'm not buying any microtransactions, so why not play with what I payed for?

The best way to protest is not to buy any new BW games.

Why? I'm not spending actual money in there so I'm not sure how me playing MP benefits them. Why not use the only part of the game that doesn't leave me wildly depressed? At least when it isn't crashing on me. :?

Less people playing multiplayer = less servers. Less servers = EA will take down support much faster.
Bottom line is, Bioware will get the message from EA once support is cut. If you continue playing, they think you are happy with the game. So are you?

You want real change, you need to make sacrifices. If you take it like a sheep, EA/Bioware will treat you like a sheep.

How does not-doing-multiplayer send them a message about the ending?

I could see it as a "message" about the following:
-disapproval of GAW MP requirement for SP War Assets
-outrage due to hacks
-anger about lack of latency meter / joining games hosted in other countries
-upset about RNG of rares/etc
-upset about some MP game mechanic
-upset about chat/message functionality
-etc

You'll have to connect the dots for me though when it comes to relating MP to the ending.DLC.

...and just curious as to why you posted this in General instead of the multi-player forum. Wouldn't you have reached more people there?

What you say sounds legit, but I NEED to play as a Geth. There is no other option.

 Short answer? Nope.

I might not have liked the ending, but I DO rather enjoy the multiplayer.

MP is very fun. I was one of the ones against it pre launch but it sure is fun for only having one game mode. I can't wait for the new classes
