To name drop. I beat Battletoads and the orginal Ninja Gaidan.

Right now I have been messing with Red Alert 3 challenge mode and some of those maps just kick the beans out of me.

I thought The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening was hard...along with Joe and Mac...a prehistoric game on the original Nintendo. Of course I was young then. I also thought that Syphon Filter was extremely hard.

No one gives you a prize to run a game on hard/hardest difficulty. Don't torture yourself.

If you play that game on anything but the easiest difficulty then your town is overrun with cockroaches and squatters before you know where you are, and because the different maps are gated by difficulty I only ever saw the first few. Still one of the most memorable games I've ever played though.

Anyone else have trouble with the original X-Wing? I don't think I ever honestly beat that early mission where you're scanning shuttles. TIE Fighter was much easier.

Super Mario Bros. 2. I was nearly crying in frustration. And my first ever playthrough in ME2: carried over my adept from ME1 and chose the insanity from the start. It was pain.

I wanna be the Guy, it's simple the hardest game ever, well, beside a voice-only controlled strategy game for mutes.

Dark Souls is pretty hard too.
