I posted about this in a topic, now locked, called, "ARE THEY SERIOUS.  On page 14, a Bioware guy did respond, basically telling me that his and his buddies desires are far more important to him than making things customers want.

There's no hope, you just have to hit their bottom line and take your business elsewhere.

Thats disappointing  Companies can make what they want as long as when the customer sees it, they decide its their want too.  Apple is great at doing this.
I'm not sure if Bioware is designing games they want anymore or if they are designing to target demographics, and trying to make games that are relevant to as many different demographics as possible, which is how you get stuff like DA2's "Everytime you push a button something awsome happens!"
Do you have a link to the thread you mentioned about ME3?
