Lol you guys are so soft. The ending was amazing. I loved it.
That's because you don't understand it.

Are you implying that we get a different ending if we play the whole game on 'insane' difficulty? Like some of those old snes games where you only got the true ending if you played on the hardest difficulty?
No I think the issue at hand is people are too focused on the cinematic they get, whether or not Shep dies and completely ignore the choice they make and what it actually means.
I think the majority of people just missed the entire point of the scenario with the lil' kid at the end.

Can you explain what the choices mean, without retorting to pure speculation? I sure could not. At least two of the choices were non-choices because I get no information what they mean. I just get to pick one of three boxes with no information about the contents.

Then enlighten us. What was "the entire point"? (the is the spoiler-ok section BTW so feel free explain in detail)

in life do you plow your own way, easily give up or follow the herd?
That question will help you see it.

Does EA actually pay these people to spout this stuff? Or do they create accounts to do it themselves?

Given that all 3 endings were dictated to us by the Catalyst and we have no choice but to obey I fail to see how that question is applicable.

So basically you're saying if Bioware is going to present us with 3 choices they may as well add another five thousand or it's not enough options? Get real..

lol... dude I can't believe how narrow minded people are. Nobody gets the ending.
They're are all too caught up in "waaa I want Shepard to either continue flying around the Galaxy serving the Alliance or settle down and be a family man".

This is simple wrong, no-one has said anything about a "happy" ending. Your assertion is incorrect.

No I'm saying any "choice" where all options are dictated by the antagonist of the story is not a choice, it is simply submitting.
A choice would be between obeying and not-obeying (Like the rest of the series), what we have currently is noting more than capitulating with the enemy, it is losing the battle.

Doesn't sound like you get the question/hint.
By the way, how do you see destroy as not an option?

No he is right. I've seen plenty of whinny happy ending people. More than anything else in fact now that Retake is not much than dust.

That response is even more nonsensical than the Catalyst dialogue.Charlie2417 wrote...
