Drell Adept: Get Pulse Rifle X (Extended Barrel, Precision Scope)
Reave - 6 (Radius, Damage Reduction, Damage & Duration)
Pull - 6 (Radius, Expose, Duration & Combo)
Cluster Grenade - 0
Drell Assassin - 6 (Damage & Capacity, Power Damage, Weapon Damage)
Fitness - 6 (Melee Damage, Melee Spree, Fitness Expert)
I
know a lot of drell go for cluster grenades but I like to use pull then
follow it up w/ a reave 1.5-2 sec after. They both tend to hit multiple
targets and thus multiple biotic detonations. Duration & combo on
pull further boosts the detonation damage and force. Reave gives a full
40% damage reduction after each use on none-synthetics. Also being a drell the 20% faster run speed and flipping around to dodge things is fun.
The Geth Pulse rifle X is an extremely light assault rifle. On top of this it's accurate, has a lot of ammo, high fire rate, no real muzzle clip and w/ the extended barrel does decent damage per shot. The Scope helps make aiming at things easier.
Quarian Infiltrator: Widow IV (Extended Barrel, Enhanced Scope)
Sticky Grenade - 6 (Damage, Max Grenades, Damage)
Tactical Cloak - 6 ( Damage, Recharge Speed, Sniper Damage)
Sabotage - 5 (Backfire, Explosive Hack)
Quarian Defender - 6 (Weapon Damage, Headshots, Weapon Damage)
Fitness - 3
Quarian are awesome infiltrators. Cloak is obviously good for stealth capturing an objective or reviving an ally. Cloak also increases the damage of my next sniper shot by 120%. I can use hack to overheat an enemies weapon during which time they damage 30% more damage. Sabotage is also great in multiple situations such as hacking a turret, geth prime, or even crippling an atlas ability to fight me.
If a target is hacked and close to enemies I can headshot them forcing them to blow up for aoe damage around them. I mainly use Sticky Grenades as a means of Anti-armor or in a situation enemies are clustered. Quarian defender = 22.5% more damage to enemies + 20% more for headshots which are easy enough to get.
Last but not least I mainly use the Widow because it's the best sniper rifle I have. I havent recieved the Black Widow or the Javelin yet. Pierces armor really well including guardian shields. One of the highest damage per shot rifles in game. Enhanced Scope mod lets me aim through smoke.

Drell Adept, 6/6/3/5/6, Phalanx V I think(waiting on a Carnifex or Paladin), centered on aoe and big combo explosions while not having a shield that has the strength of wet paper.
Human Male Engineer, 6/6/6/5/3, Avenger X. Centered on Stripping shields and melting armor.
Turian Sentinel, 6/0/6/6/6(Sometimes focused on Warp but I'm trying that build currently). Avenger X and Predator X. Centered on Overload CC.

Hornet and GPS
Concussive Shot + Hornet for suppression and trash.
Marksman (rate of fire spec) + GPS for armor, burst DPS.

Pretty much this, just with a Phalanx IV + Avenger X instead of a Valiant.
Also, I'm not too bad with the Battlefield 3 Soldier. With everything but grenades maxed out + Avenger.
