You should get used to BioWare falling short of expectations.

If you've ever played SWTOR you should not only be used to it but expect it.
Everytime I see a BW announcement of a DLC or update or maintence I just go "well there goes 24 of possible gametime, I'll come back at the end of the week", because in SWTOR they'd do weekly maint every freaking day for 4-6 hours approximately.  Including weekends, AND holiday weekends.
