Make sure to go to the Downloadable Content part from the Main Menu... I couldnt find it on the XBL page, just from the ME3 menus. Should be the first thing on the list that pops up... free, 165.68MB

It's out guys just restart Mass Effect 3 if you've been on it before 2:00. I'm halfway done downloading it as of now.

EDIT: Just finished, there aren't any packs to buy the characters/weapons yet. Unless they are in the packs we already have here.
