Anyway, got my first Spectre Pack after the DLC and unlocked ... Krogan Soldier. The random system is trying to make me cry.

edit: seems like others have problems unlocking characters as well, could it be that BioWare did not update its servers and well have to wait until the obligatory 5PM pacific something time?

No. It doesn't. People need to stop assuming this.

Here is the actual quote, word for word:

What exactly is included in the Resurgence Pack?

• Firebase Hydra and Firebase Condor are available to play on as soon as the Resurgence Pack is downloaded. The new weapons, characters, and equipment are available as rewards inside Reinforcement Packs.

And that's it. There's no "special" in there. It's just Reinforcement Packs. Hence why people are so damn confused.

Bioware should've cleared this up before the DLC was released, but... meh, whatever. Not worth *****ing about by now.

It's not that... it's that some people can read AND know what a reinforcement pack is, and other people can just read - barely.

By the time BioWare gets off its butt and updates the content of the packs, it'll be too late.  Thousands of folks will be screwed out of credits and real money.  Honestly, I'm asking for a refund of mine.
