It's getting on my nerves to post on a topic with my paragraphing complete before I post, & have the paragraphing bugger up after the post is on the site & having to Edit the post to reparagrah the reply before people think i'm failing to use my head & use the 'Enter' button. Posted Image

It's kinda like this:

<Insert paragraph 1 here> 'Enter'
'Enter'
<Insert paragraph 2 here> 'Post'

Then I post & the post has a randon chance of showin up like this:

<Insert paragraph 1 here>
<Insert paragraph 2 here>

If forumites read this, they'll think i'm the one that failed to paragraph correctly & think me retarded.

I haven't been able to figure out what could be causing it after over 2 weeks of observation. It seems completely random. Sometimes the post keeps proper paragraphing, sometimes the paragraphing is lost, & rarely, the paragraphing spacing somehow comes up 2 lines of space instead of the intended 1.

I can't spot any pattern to it, the only intel I can think of that I can contribute is that i'm on IE8, no Google Chrome Frame, & I am among the ones having trouble with login loss & wasn't able to help devs figure that problem out either. I dunno if there's any chance of relation or not between the two problems. Posted Image

Many thanks for your time, devs.

the text filter processing the input here on the forums is wacky. it's adding four
tags instead of wrapping paragraphs in a

(or using 2
tags). they need to look @ their post entry text filter.

haha and it's picking up html and displaying it, since i had break tags and p tags in there as examples, and it interpreted as html.  basically the settings for FCKeditor are wrong.  should switch to TinyMCE, it has less issues.

I've never heard of either of those. What are they?
