Why is it hard for Bioware to say when will DLC be up?
Because they hate your great grandfather.

All attempts to pass the time by playing MP have resulted in really short runs with idiots. Although I did have one good run with two dudes, not enough to pull off an extraction though. Stop dropping out of the game early!

We're going to be last, something in my gut tells me this.
PC is always last.
Look what happened on BF3, There was a massive patch ready to be rolled out, it was good to go on PC, But it got held up on all 3 platforms because of PS3's BS Patch policies, or perhaps it was both PS3 and 360. I Don't know.
It's a miracle flagship titles even come out on PC anymore,
A lot of Developers, Publishers, and even uneducated console players just brand the entirtey of the PC community as
a bunch of hackers, and pirates.
They also like to bring up that PC Players are always bragging about their platforms superioirty. I'll give them that, since that Accussation is true

Depending on the issue, they may not have a time specifically. As long as it comes out today, they will meet their marketed release. If the issue supercedes that date and the content will have to be released later, than they will update us.

The 'update' was likely released at midnight. It looks like that was a 47MB precursor update to prep the game for the DLC.
We'll likely see the actual DLC at 5pm PST, if history is anything to go by.
Tricksy BioWare.
A lot of people on Reddit downloaded a ~42mb update a few days ago, including myself.
Not sure about a 47mb one, but I just right-clicked>check for updates in Origin, and nothing new (Although when the status bar changed to "Preparing", it made my heart skip a beat

And, yes. Yes they are.
Speaking of time zones, I was curious about exactly how late we're talking, and Bioware can't meet any April 10th midnight launch anymore.

They only had 4 hours of breathing room to say "It was still midnight somewhere!", but that passed just over 2 hours ago.
Picked a bad place to start from, the American west coast is about the latest you can get. Someone should tell them to move their headquarters to a more convenient time zone.

Don't forget internal politics. So far, BioWare has released their updates on the correct day, but many hours late. I suspect Origin or something related to EA PC services is the obstacle here.

I think Bioware is failing with charge - free DLC on purpose. " You need to pay for "A" quality content."

Huh. I wonder why I just got it this morning, then. I've been on for several days.

That's what I said
My computer is actually kind of old, from 2008-2009 ish with only 1 OS upgrade and 1 Hardware upgrade in it's lifetime, still leaps and bounds ahead of any console though. that's the beauty of it.

... My word. The Reapers have already gotten to them.
On a more serious note: it's probably a problem on Origin's side, seeing as it's already on XBL. Stay calm and.... Get back to work on your thesis.

Why? So its more convienient for you? Lol'd. It's where majority of the video game companies base their operations out of. PSN doesnt update their store till 6pm EST on Tuesdays, so whats to say that Origin doesnt do the same?

Patch came out on the 9th, but with the time zones and all, early this morning sounds about right. I just got it this morning too, but I didn't check how long it had been there.
