This, and the fact they have been saying "Soon™" (Soon is a Trademark of DICE) for over 6 and a half hours.

Soon™ has been a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment for more than a decade. Pretty sure they have the legal rights to it :P

DICE bought it when they released BF3. They couldn't make an original game, and because they couldn't come up with an original excuse, they had to get someone elses.

Today? Oh boy! That means I'm only gonna have to wait 8 or more hours to get the DLC on EA's own platform, while it's already out on Microsoft's Live! Now that's what I call good management!

Seriously can you fail any harder? What the ****, I mean, what the actual **** is the purpose of using Origin at this point? They can't release their own DLC on their own distribution platform on time?!

On the other hand, if you were using Live, you would now be cursing that you spent all your credits on packs only to have it turn out that the new stuff isn't in there yet. There may be a good reason for the delay, you know.

While I'm not really hating on them or anything (although I am kind of irritated with this whole "soon" thing) it really is kind of a fail. Not really that bad but still, fact is a fact - with BW things used to be on time and if there was some delay there would be some more info besides tweeting "soon". <_<

This, Bioware needs an entirely new department focusing on communicating with the fans.

4 minutes until my Time Machine is ready to take me to the future, and see if it's released yet!

I expect it'll work like the one in Red Alert 3

Btw, on top of waiting for the new content, has anyone else not gotten their Operation Raptor Commendation packs? EA said that they would be (re)released this week, but it would seem that the DLC delay has completely drowned out the updates on them.

You mean that having chat and email support outsourced to some company, telling their customers to "thank you, come again", isn't good enough?

Honestly Im not really expecting it till around 7pm EST for the fact that its suppose to be out in Europe on the 11th and seeing as they are 5 hours ahead of me...But I am slightly annoyed that you get the chance to get the characters, I just hope they aren't hidden in Spectre packs only b/c that would royally suck Elcor balls

It was marketed to come out today. So what if they overshoot the specific time window that they felt it would be ready by? I don't want to throw around the word "entitled", but...

Not sure if it was about the raptor packs but the twitter page mentioned a delay because of some glitch/exploit with packs.

They could have released it anytime they wanted too since it's their own platform even last week, Bioware ****ed this one up bad.

Got mine right after the event o.O But on the other hand i lost about 520 bioware points as well as over 300k credits and another 800 bioware points because of the goddamn "purchase failed to connect" error that neither BW or EA will even admit happened.

They have that department. Ea support, which latently trolls customers, and an robot updating twitter & commenting idiotic posts if nothing to say.

I don't really see what's wrong with simply and honestly telling people what's going on just to shut them up.

On the other hand, since pretty much every statement from Bioware seems to be met with instant flaming, I can see why they wouldn't... there is something seriously wrong with this whole communication thing. On both sides.

They aren't saying anything, not about this, not about future fixes or issues with the game, Bioware has been dead silent since the release of this game and to just blame it on ''they get flamed for everything'' is a lame reason at best, what they should do now is just say ''it got delayed, deal with it cause it will still arrive today'' but even that is too much to ask.

Uh, no? That sounds all kinds of wrong. Somewhere around 'you got scamt' levels of wrong.
