What the hell is the point of Origin if we can't get content like this quickly? -_-

scannning your pc or crashing your game once in a while

the fact that EA prioritized the release on XBL rather on their own service just shows how much Origin sucks...

It actually shows how much EA cares about the gamers it calls customers, they don't.
It's also why I've stopped playing almost every other game that carries their brand.

One just has to go through the patching fiascos of the need for speed series, or hell even bioware's massive mangling of "One scheduled update a week" turning into six updates over a holiday week, then every week after that, to just stop caring.

As a direct result my wallet now has more cash in it, funny how that works.

Guys... Why are we making judgements like this? for all we know the serves caught fire while they were uploading, and an epic struggle to put the fire out while rescuing Casey Hudsons precious hanar plushies is underway...

It actually makes no sense to have this as an actual DLC and not a patch. I mean, it's free, it adds upon the existing multiplayer. It is, for all intents and purposes, a patch. Calling it a DLC and not a patch and distributing it accordingly makes no sense to me. Not that it's a big deal to install it either way, mind you.

Though on a side note, Origin's really been messed up for me since its latest update. Every time it starts, soon after it goes into a mode where I can't do anything with it. The Origin window becomes entirely unclickable in the sense that I can't activate menus, move the window, accept requests, start games or anything else for that matter. Really a pain in the ass.

I went ingame and have noticed that space has opened up for the new characters in the character select screen, but that's about it.

There are a thousand reasons to hate Origin, and a thousand reasons to hate Bioware. Focus your hate in areas that matter instead of throwing blame around like a baby on fire.

They have, you just didnt notice, they had to have them in order to fit the BF3 soldier kit.
