You payed good money for the Bioware points, so if you dont get to spend them, its fraud. Very similar to walking into a store, picking an item that you want and pay the casier, whom then closes the register and refuses to give you the item.

It happened to me (the glitch, not walking into a store), so i called the danish department of EA (as i live in Denmark), and they credited them while i was on the phone with them. They claim that they cant credit the game credits, but they are very much able to do it with the Bioware points.

The same thing happened to me, lost Bioware Points, tried emailing, no response. Tried live support, no help.
Unfortunately, to call EA Support in Australia, it's a 1900 number, at $2.49 a minute, and other support lines told me I could only go through the Australian line.

Honestly, it's not worth trying to get the points back at that cost

Ouch, i had them call me andnow they are going to get me in contact with someone who knows how to fix it, and they gave me a number to a different bioware support that is more "helpful" then the one that you can contact lol

Go to EA live chat again, ask them to put you through to the top level of Customer Service, and then demand a refund. If not, then make sure to get points.

It will be released the 11th of April in the EU, for PS3 users. This is due to Sony's update schedule. The DLC is set to be released worldwide, at the same time. BioWare/EA can't do anything about Sony's update schedule. That said: Everyone except PS3 users in Europe will have the DLC today (..maybe).

The Resurgence Pack is available on April 10th for Xbox 360 and PC worldwide. For PlayStation 3 owners the pack will be available on April 10th in North American and April 11th in Europe.

This is why Im thinking it will be out around 7pm EST

I believe those numbers are for the PS3. For PC, I'm guessing it'll be out around 10 AM PST or 1 PM EST. That tends to be the general standard for PC releases.

I know that is what is said in the FAQ about them (Yes folks there is one to be read ( not trying to be sarcastic)) But I have this feeling that it wont be till then

Xbox 360 and PC 10th of april, PS3 11th of april eu. PC goes worldwide release on 10th of april not on the 11th.

On a side note i got the import bug fix last night at around 7pm bst, so i would say for those of you that are in the uk itll be around 7pm again today etc. at a guess thou

Nah, it's always been there, since Soldier can have the Battlefield 3 "race", so the other 5 classes have an extra space

... were those spaces there before, for the classes other than soldier? (I have the BF3 one and that screen is full)

Yes, yes they were. They've bugged me since the demo, and I never knew what they were there for until someone pointed out the Battlefield character to me.

I would be absolutely furious if that was my case. You payed for something that they failed to deliver, and the only way to get it back, is seemingly by doing something that costs you more than you spend. I'm not sure what i would do, but reporting EA to the police for fraud is definantly on the list. Having people pay $2.49/min smell an awfull lot like they are deliberately making it hard for people to contact them.

Btw, if people are looking for something to read, here is a print of the chat that i had with their support. The waiting as ~10min before it started, and the entire chat took around 1 hour and 15min. You can read it in 2min or so though.

After the chat had ended, i checked the status on the case, and it had been marked as "resolved". I very much disagree on that, so i reopened it.

Where did you pull that out of?  Just because a nifty little trailer is released doesn't mean everything is ready.  **** happens unfortunantly.  But there's no reason to cry like a baby over a) free content and when it's still morning for crying out loud.  People are throwing a fit over them missing a time frame that, IMO, they shouldn't have offered a community like this in the first place.

Anyway, the only reason why it's free is because of the huge flaws the vanilla game has and the backlash they got because of it, also it's less then 2 hours away from evening.

And you are only making a very shaky assumption in that regard.  The content was long planned, but we never knew the price.  Honestly, there obviously isn't a point to whether it was free or not, as people are just going to react the same either way as evidenced.  

As for two hours to evening, whereabouts are you?  The US receives it on the 10th, but EU doesn't see it until the 11th (I don't understand why that has to be, but marketing is marketing I guess).  I can't say what it will be for other regions of the world.

You still didn't answer my question to your original claim.

The problem is, there isn't stated which timezone is used, could just be that it uses the American timezone, so then we have to wait a bit.

I really doubt it'll be free if they can't confirm if the pack will be permanent or not.
