Microsoft and Sony control the distribution time.  It isn't right though, I agree.

Xbox players got trolled by packs without new items and charactters. I'd rather not have DLC than to have packs without the dlc items lol.

Atleast this isnt like the planned 1.2 update for SWTOR. They just keep adding to it and adding to it, and then releasing videos to make hype yet wont deliver the patch >.<
